Thank you so much for purchasing a piece from Seed Furniture. We really appreciate your business! Here are few guidelines. Thank you for your support.
General Terms: Each Seed Furniture piece is made to order. After receiving a deposit, we accept cancellations for 24 hours. Once this time period ends, you agree to commission the piece(s) and are obligated to pay any remaining balance upon completion.
Added Features and Customization:
Certain features can be added to many of the furniture pieces: our bureaus have side drawers and a media console, while our credenzas also have media console as well as a spot for your record player. These features are additional and can be added by selecting them as a variant underneath each product on their product page.
We also can customize and change any piece. Customization may cause a price change. Please email our design team at info@seedfurniture.com with any questions. If no modifications are requested, the item will be made to the specifications and configurations featured on our website.
Materials and Dimensions:
All of our materials are variable and subject to change. Each of our products is unique and is subject to variation in color, characterization, species, texture etc. Each piece is unique, so please review the pictures of our work to confirm you are comfortable with the variation.
Please allow for a dimension tolerance of ¼” on every piece.
The nature of reclaimed materials means there may be some cracking and color change to the piece, this is not unusual. If the piece(s) show faulty craftsmanship within 180 days we will do our best to repair it. Because each piece is made on an individual basis, we are unable to offer a warranty. Please ask any and all questions you may have in order to ensure proper care and longevity of your piece. No piece may be returned without our written consent.
Shipping:
Please inspect the piece(s) at the time of delivery. If there is anything incorrect or the piece has been damaged during shipping, this is the only time you’ll be able to point these issues out. Once the piece(s) has been delivered and accepted there is far less we can do to make alterations or fixes without charging additional costs. Please denote any damage on BOL or invoice at time of delivery and reject delivery in necessary cases. Also please note any damages caused by the moving company at the time of delivery. This will be the only time to do so.
Shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Re-stocking fees are 25% of the purchase price. Along with the piece, the original packaging and invoice are required to return the item. Full refunds are only given if the piece is damaged, however the customer is still responsible for the shipping charges. Seed Furniture is not responsible for damages caused by shipping, either to the piece or the home it is going into. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with any claims against the shipping company.
If extra insurance is requested on a shipped item we are happy to get this for you for an additional cost.
There are no returns on custom pieces.
